The Services for Young People West Hyde Friday Youth Project at West Hyde Young People’s Centre is for all young people aged 14-17 in the West Hyde, Maple Cross and Mill End areas. We offer a really varied programme of activities reflecting the issues and interests of our members - and it's all FREE! The Friday evening project offers computer access, art & craft activities, pool, snooker, table tennis and the use of our all-weather Astroturf pitch.
The Services for Young People West Hyde Friday Youth Project at West Hyde Young People’s Centre is open to all young people in the West Hyde, Maple Cross and Mill End areas aged 14-17. It is completely free.
It happens every Friday during term time from 6pm to 8pm.
There is a very positive volunteering ethos at the project, where the older young people are able to plan and deliver the programme of activities.
The venue is well-suited to the varied activities on offer. The outside area is fenced and can be used for football, team games and environmental studies.
The West Hyde Young People's Centre is partially wheelchair accessible.
