At the Watford Access Point you can get information, advice, guidance and support on education, work, training and volunteering. We also offer advice on drugs, finance, health, including sexual health and contraception including free condoms, housing and much more. Everything is free and confidential. You can also find out about lots of activities and events in your area.

Services for Young People provides a free and confidential service for young people.
At the Watford Access Point you can access information, advice and support – including on the following:
- Sexual health including
- free condoms through the Condom Wallet Scheme
- free chlamydia testing
- free pregnancy testing
- Advice on general health and relationships
- Education and exams including exam pressure
- Drugs, substance misuse and alcohol
- Stop smoking (appointments can be booked between 3pm - 6pm, please call 01442 454060 to book)
- Jobs and careers
- Youth work projects and programmes
- Benefits and finance
- Housing and homelessness
- Improving resilience, self-esteem and confidence
- Relationships including Family and Friendships
- Training and apprenticeships
- Independent living skills
We also have PCs that you can use for research, developing CVs, searching for jobs and training and accessing other information.
Trained staff and counsellors can offer you the opportunity to sit down and discuss a wide range of topics confidentially and in private - either call into the Access Point or telephone to make an appointment. We work closely with local counsellors who provide support from the Watford Access Point. If you think you may need the support of a counsellor, please visit the Watford Access Point or call us.
If you are a care leaver or preparing to leave care, you can also get support to help you become more independent and confident in all areas of your life. We will help you identify you goals in life and focus on how you can achieve them.
The Watford Access Point is fully wheelchair accessible.
