Services for Young People 'Supporting You' Emotional Wellbeing and Resilience Project at the Cheshunt Young People's Centre
- View on map...
If you live in the borough of Broxbourne and would like some support with your emotional wellbeing or are struggling with anxiety or low-mood, this Services for Young People 'Supporting You' Project could be for you.
At the Services for Young People Supporting You Project you will take part in a series of focused activities which will help you manage your emotional and mental wellbeing.
The two-hour sessions run every week over one term and offer a safe environment where you will get support from youth workers to boost your emotional well-being, confidence and self-esteem. Ultimately the project will help you to feel better about your life and your future. We will help you through any challenges and pressures you are facing in your life and discuss how you can look after your own emotional and mental wellbeing.
