If you live in the Watford area and would like some support with your emotional wellbeing or are struggling with anxiety or low mood, why not try this Services for Young People 'Supporting You' Project? Join us on Wednesday evenings and bring about positive changes in your life.
The Services for Young People Watford 'Supporting You' Emotional Wellbeing and Resilience Project is a safe environment where you can get support from youth workers and other young people in the group to help manage your emotional wellbeing, boost your resilience and develop your self-esteem and confidence.
By exploring a range of CBT techniques, you will become equipped with skills to manage any challenges and pressures that you are currently facing, as well as develop an emotional toolkit of strategies to look after your mental health, both now and in the future.
You can get involved in a range of enjoyable activities, including sports, cookery, arts and crafts, and have the opportunity to make new friends.
