The Services for Young People 'Supporting You' Emotional Wellbeing Project is aimed at young people in the Welwyn Hatfield area who would like some support with their emotional wellbeing, or who are struggling with anxiety or low mood.
The Services for Young People 'Supporting You' Emotional Wellbeing Project at the Welwyn Garden City Young People's Centre is a safe environment where you can get support from youth workers and other young people in the group to manage your emotional wellbeing, boost your resilience and develop your self-esteem and confidence.
By exploring a range of CBT techniques, you will become equipped with the skills to manage any challenges and pressures that you are currently facing, as well as develop an emotional toolkit of coping strategies to look after your mental health in the future.
If you are aged 11-17 and would like to join this project, please contact our Welwyn Hatfield Team - details below.
If you are a parent/carer or a professional who works with young people and know a young person who would benefit from taking part in this project, please make a referral.
Welwyn Garden City Young People's Centre is wheelchair accessible via the college.
