If you are aged 12-15, live in the Stevenage area and would like some support with your emotional wellbeing or are struggling with anxiety or low-mood, this Services for Young People Wellbeing Project could be for you.
The Services for Young People Stevenage Wellbeing Project takes place at the Bowes Lyon Young People's Centre in Stevenage. Join the project and you will take part in a series of focused activities which will help you manage your emotional and mental wellbeing.
The 2-hour sessions run every week over one term and will help you develop skills to improve your confidence and self esteem. You'll also learn a method for planning how to achieve goals. The sessions are designed to be effective, fun and memorable!
