The Services for Young People Stevenage Identity LGBT+/Transgender Project is open to all young people who live or are educated in the Stevenage district of Hertfordshire and who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender, transgender, non-binary, gender fluid and/or questioning their gender or sexuality. It is run by Services for Young People which aims to provide a safe space for a social and supportive group. The group meets weekly on a Wednesday.

Services for Young People aims to provide a safe space for young LGBT+ and trans people to socialise and support each other. Come and talk about the things that matter to you, relax and have fun. Our friendly youth workers organise activities and offer support and advice.

We offer:

  • A place to explore your identity
  • Support and information about transitioning, your rights, coming out and much more
  • An opportunity to celebrate LGBT History Month and LGBT+ culture with peers
