The Services for Young People Stand Up Youth Music Project is a brand new project aimed at young people aged 13-17 who live in the Broxbourne district of Hertfordshire. The project is designed for budding musicians, DJs, music technicians, performers or producers. It takes place every Thursday, 7-9pm, at the Waltham Cross Young People’s Centre.

The Services for Young People Stand Up Youth Music Project at Waltham Cross Young People’s Centre is for young people aged 13-17 who live in the district of Broxbourne in Hertfordshire.

Join the project and get involved in the fun and interactive sessions which explore different aspects of music production, including mixing, genres and music video production. You will learn lots of new skills while playing or recording music in our fully functional music studio, as well as boost your resilience, confidence and self-esteem by demonstrating your new skills and performing to the rest of the group. 

In addition to music and technical support, our qualified and friendly youth workers are on hand for advice and guidance, enabling young people to work through any challenges or barriers that they may be facing, and to discuss their future goals and aspirations.

Waltham Cross Young People’s Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.
