Services for Young People St Albans Emotional Wellbeing Project

Are you aged 11-17? Do you want to feel more confident in life? Come along to Services for Young People's emotional wellbeing project for young people in the St Albans district every Thursday evening.
At the Services for Young People St Albans Emotional Wellbeing Project you can get involved with all sorts of great activities.
We are currently offering the 'Supporting You' programme. Supporting You is a group programme of seven weekly sessions where you learn strategies to help you to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood in a fun and safe environment. The programme gives you the tools to build resilience and maintain positive emotional wellbeing.
All the activities are run by supportive Services for Young People youth workers.
You can get involved in discussions on a variety of subjects and the project will help you to increase your self-esteem, assertiveness and confidence. It provides a safe space to work through any issues or barriers you are facing.
