The Services for Young People North Herts and Stevenage Reach Out Project provides individual support to young people in the North Herts and Stevenage area, to help them make and maintain healthy relationships.
The Services for Young People North Herts and Stevenage Reach Out Project is specifically designed to enable young people to make informed, safe choices in forming and maintaining appropriate, healthy and safe relationships.
Our friendly and qualified youth workers organise activities and discussions about issues including healthy relationships, resilience and coping with tough situations, to help you make decisions that are best for you.
In addition to one-to-one support, group work projects will introduce you to a new friendship group and new opportunities to explore your best you.
How to join the project
Young people:
If you are worried that a relationship is becoming controlling, abusive or making you uncomfortable, or this has happened to you in the past, get in touch with the Stevenage and North Herts Team to join this project - contact details below.
Parents/carers and practitioners who work with young people:
If you believe this project would help a young person you know, you can refer them using our referral form. The team will arrange to speak with the young person and find out more about how we can help them.
