If you're aged 12-15 and struggling with anxiety or low-mood, the Services for Young People North Herts Wellbeing project could be just what you are looking for. We offer a safe environment where you will get support to boost your emotional wellbeing helping you to feel better about life.
If you want to feel happier and more confident in life, come along to the Services for Young People North Herts Wellbeing Project at Hitchin Young People’s Centre. The project runs during school term time and each term we cover a variety of subjects and activities which will help you through the challenges and pressures you are facing in your life. We discuss how you can look after your own emotional and mental wellbeing and improve your self-esteem and confidence levels.
You can get involved in a range of great activities, including sports and arts & crafts, and learn more about coping strategies and new life-skills. Ultimately, the project will help you to feel better about your life and your future.
The activities and topical discussions are run by supportive, qualified and experienced Services for Young People youth workers. The project is open to everyone aged 12–15 in North Herts who would like support with their emotional well-being.
If this sounds good to you, please reach out and let us know! You can call, email or text - see details below.
