The Services for Young People North Herts is for young adults aged 18-25 with mild to moderate learning difficulties and/or learning disabilities and is based at Hitchin Young People's Centre on Monday evenings.

The Services for Young People North Herts Project is for young adults aged 18-25 with mild to moderate learning difficulties and/or learning disabilities and is based at Hitchin Young People's Centre on Monday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Come and join us, have some fun and make new friends!

There is a wide range of activities for you to get involved with, all designed specifically for young people with particular needs and support.

Activities include:

• sports and games
• arts and crafts
• drama
• music
• topical discussion groups
• advice on relationships and sexual health

Qualified youth workers will also support you with:

• relationships
• confidence and resilience
• staying safe
• emotional wellbeing 
• healthy lifestyles 
• food,nutrition and cooking
• managing money and budgeting

Hitchin Young People's Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.
