Megamix is a Services for Young People project for young people with mild to moderate learning difficulties and/or learning disabilities aged 13-17. It's based at the largest youth centre in Hertfordshire - the Bowes Lyon Young People's Centre in Stevenage on Tuesday evenings.

Megamix is a project for young people with mild to moderate learning difficulties and/or learning disabilities.

Come and join us, have some fun and make new friends!

The project runs on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

There is a wide range of activities for you to get involved with, all designed specifically for young people with particular needs and support.

Activities include:

  • sports and games
  • arts and crafts
  • drama
  • music
  • topical discussion groups

Qulified youth workers will also support you with:

  • relationships
  • confidence and resilience
  • staying safe
  • emotional wellbeing
  • healthy lifestyles
  • food, nutrition and cooking
  • managing money and budgeting 

The Bowes Lyon Young People's Centre is fully wheelchair accessible. Please note: staff are unable to provide one-to-one support at this project.
