The Services for Young People M&M Project is for young people aged 13-17 with mild to moderate learning disabilities. It's a safe place where you can make friends, learn new skills, relax and have fun! We meet every Thursday evening 7.30-9.30pm.
The Services for Young People M&M Project takes place in Bishop’s Stortford every Thursday, 7.30-9.30pm.
It is a safe space where you can make new friends. You'll also learn new skills to help you become happier and more independent. As well as a range of activities, we have sessions on developing positive emotional wellbeing, healthy eating and staying safe.
Come along and get involved in activities including:
- drama projects
- workshops, discussions and debates
- arts and crafts
The activities are designed around you so they are flexible to the needs of the group. Services for Young People staff are experienced in working with young people with a variety of needs.
When you join the project there is a small assessment to see if you need help with anything specific.
Birchwood School is fully wheelchair accessible.
