If you live in the Hertsmere area and would like some support with your emotional wellbeing or are struggling with anxiety or low mood, the Services for Young People Emotional Wellbeing Project could be for you.
If you want to feel happier and more confident, come along to this Services for Young People emotional wellbeing project on Tuesdays from 5pm to 7pm. It's for all 12-16 year olds in the Hertsmere area.
Each term we cover a variety of subjects and activities which will help you through the challenges and pressures you are facing in your life, and discuss how you can look after your own emotional and mental wellbeing.
You can get involved in a range of enjoyable activities, including sports, cookery, arts and crafts, and have the opportunity to make new friends. You will also learn coping strategies for dealing with anxiety, stress and low mood, and gain new life skills at the same time.
The emotional wellbeing project offers a safe environment where you can access support to help you feel better about your life and future.
Borehamwood Young People's Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.
