If you live in East Herts and would like some support with your emotional wellbeing or are struggling with anxiety or low mood, why not come along to this Services for Young People Emotional Wellbeing Project?
The Services for Young People East Herts Emotional Wellbeing Project is a safe environment where you can get support from youth workers and other young people in the group to help manage your emotional wellbeing, boost your resilience and develop your self-esteem and confidence.
By exploring a range of CBT techniques, you will become equipped with skills to manage any challenges and pressures that you are currently facing, as well as develop an emotional toolkit of strategies to look after your mental health, both now and in the future.

If you are a parent/carer or a professional who works with young people and know a young person who would benefit from taking part in this project, please make a referral.
